Athletes progress because of the Environment they are exposed to. Mike Loustel's program is a great enhancement to your child's Minor Hockey Programs.
Your child will be placed in a challenging situation that will lead to new challenges and new opportunities. Combine that with the passion for the game, our child has risen to the Elite level because of this Program. Our son is playing against the best players in his age group in North America. Without the exposure to the challenges that Mike's programs offer, this achievement would not be possible.
We will continue on with World “3 on 3” because the results continue to crystallize.

Mike, three years ago when I was looking to introduce my son to hockey I was hearing a lot of very discouraging things about youth hockey. “All Star” teams were being chosen as early as 7 years old, kids were playing all year round and winning seemed to be the only thing that mattered. I was having second thoughts until I heard about your program. Mike you run a great program! What makes your program special is that you focus on fun and skill development and not winning. You and your coaches create innovative drills that teach hockey skills in a fun and enthusiastic environment and the high coach to player ratio ensures each player gets specialized instruction. My son just loves the three on three scrimmages because he gets more opportunities to handle the puck. I wish your program was around when I was learning to play the game.

“For the past seven years we as parents have watched with amazement at the tremendous passion for the game of hockey our son has developed -a direct result of being involved in Mike Loustel's World “3 on 3” Hockey Programs during that time. The confidence he has gained, through the program's emphasis on individual and team skill development in a fun filled environment, can be seen in his growth in all aspects of the game. The World “3 on 3” Hockey program's coaching staff is also top notch, providing the necessary encouragement and direction to the kids in a timely manner. This program has been instrumental in giving our son, Rhett, an opportunity to successfully play with and compete against some of the top teams in his age group throughout North America. This is a terrific program for kids of all ages who want to learn how to play the game of hockey. The World “3 on 3” Hockey programs are focused on providing a positive experience for each child no matter what their skill level. Mike's team teaches the game with the focus of having fun!

Hello Mike…thank you for your guidance and support of the young boys and girls that play with the World 3 on 3 hockey program. Our son, Anthony who was 4 years old when he started with 3 on 3 hockey and was quite excited to play hockey for the first time. When he arrived at the rink on the first day, boy was he ever nervous, scared and intimidated by the other boys and girls who could actually skate quite well. I saw the little tears coming up and thought, “oh no, this could be a tough day”. Well with the strong support and encouragement of your energetic coaches, he quickly settled in and completely enjoyed the session. Over the next few weeks, he quickly changed from a nervous, shy little hockey player to a confident young boy. Both my wife and I would comment about the enjoyment and excitement that Anthony had each day that he had 3 on 3. He would get dressed by himself 2 hours before the skate and eat dinner in his hockey equipment. This change from a young boy who at first was scared and teary eyed was the result of having excellent coaching in a very supportive environment where not one child felt alone on a big sheet of ice! Thanks Mike for your excellent selection of quality coaches. Anthony is looking forward to the World 3 on 3 hockey program this year!

Coach Mike, My boys have been involved in your program for many years and keep wanting to go back for more! Your approach to hockey development for young children and middle years alike, is based on sound practices. Players in your program enjoy age appropriate challenges, skill development, and have fun. Your staff is always excellent in their ability to encourage players to be the best they can be and help to build confidence in themselves. The format for the program really engages all players in the game and more programs should take a page from your book. Congratulations!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and effort spent teaching my 3 children the game of hockey. They all love your programs and have all improved tremendously due to your insightful approach. My eldest has enjoyed the past 3 years of 3 on 3 and was again successful this year in making the highest level team in his area because of the skills, confidence and understanding of the game he has acquired from your program. He loves the amount of time with the puck and room to skate that he can not get from traditional 5 on 5 hockey. In his words… “it rocks”. My daughter, the goalie, loves the 3 to 1, goalie to coach, ratio she receives from Sonny Mignacca and the other goalie coaches, during her pre-tryout camps each summer. She is hoping she can repeat again as the only goalie and only girl, on her boys A1 city championship team. My youngest looks forward every week to the station training offered in his skills basic class. There is an abundance of variety to keep his 5 year old mind focused while he has fun learning to skate and handle the puck, balloons, soccer balls, bean bags and other paraphernalia you employ.
Keep up the great work! Bruce Rannard
Our children, whom are both goalies, have benefited immensely from the quality instruction offered at the World “3 on 3” Hockey program. Mike Loustel and his staff offer a hockey program that is well organized and a pleasure to be involved with. The Head Goaltender, Sonny Minaccaga, is extremely knowledgeable and offers a well thought out plan that progresses over the course of the training. Sonny's knowledge of the game and excellent instructional techniques, make him a tremendous asset to the program. Our children have attended other camps, but the World “3 on 3” Hockey rates #1 with us.

Hi Mike: Patrique made 13 AAA this year, so he is very happy. We were surprised at how quickly my son was able to develop (A2, AA and now AAA in three seasons); which I believe reflects on the quality of instruction he received through the World “3 on 3” program. He really enjoyed the teaching methods your program employed. Thanks for all your help and say Hi to Sonny for us.

All 3 of our girls have learned to skate and started hockey in the World “3 on 3” Program. The coaches are first rate and are passionate about teaching skating and hockey skills. World “3 on 3” has allowed our girls the opportunity to properly learn the game, improve their skills and most importantly have fun. The Program has taught our girls to play the game while being confident, eager and respectful of the coaches and other players. We would highly recommend this Program to any parent who wants their daughter to properly learn and enjoy the game of hockey.

Mike,
As a professional coach who has worked and attended numerous camps, World “3 on 3” Hockey provides an excellent learning environment for young hockey players. In particular, the goalie instruction my son received was first rate. The instructor provided not only the technical skills needed to be an effective goalie; he challenged my son in a fun and supportive manner. The confidence he gained from this camp is an integral part of his success as a goalie. I highly recommend the program for all goalies looking to improve their level of play.
Sincerely, Tom Vaeth Professional Minor League Baseball Coach
Dear World “3 on 3”
I would like to commend Mike and his group on an excellent program that they have put together for the kids to participate in. My son Mackenzie just started playing hockey last year and with the help of Mike and his trainers has developed into a pretty good player at the age of 10. I would highly encourage parents or grandparents to use the school as a starting point for their hockey players and to continue on as we will in the upcoming years. Thx. again for everything Mike.

Dear Mike,
We would like to thank you for your outstanding presentation and delivery of your hockey programs. It is most evident that your organization is most knowledgeable of the skills and techniques goalies and players must achieve to optimize their abilities. Sonny's attention to detail has greatly improved Josh's skills as a goalie. Sonny also follows up by watching the goalies during game play to ensure the proper techniques are being implemented and critiques them when necessary. The strong interpersonal skills you, Sonny and your instructors demonstrate bring out a positive experience for all. Over the years Josh has attended many of your programs. He truly enjoys participating in every session and has found that being a goalie is extremely rewarding. Mike, your organization has facilitated the rapid advancement of Josh's goalie abilities in a most pleasant environment.
Thank you for fine effort. Sincerely, Ken & Sharon Giesbrecht
Coach Mike, I really look forward to each session with you and Sonny. You know what you teach as you have played the game at a high level. You have shown me proper goalie technique in a friendly and professional way and make me repeat the drills until I do them correctly. I like that you only have a few goalies with each instructor. You challenge me by matching my skills to older players in both the goalie camps and “3 on 3” games. You make the goalie camps fun by giving the goalies different drills then the players. Thank you for all your help in making me a better goalie.

The World “3 on 3” Hockey Federation is where our children learned to play and love the game of hockey. Our boys were playing in this program even before they joined club hockey. As parents of three boys that began hockey at a very young age, we were looking for a program that would teach our children fair play and the fundamentals of hockey with only positive re-enforcement. What our children experienced in this program was hockey taught by someone who teaches at the skill and age level of each child. Care is given to establish the skill level of each child and to partner that child in the appropriate program. What we love about this program is that each child's name is remembered and that makes each child feel like he/she is special. The instructors speak “with” the children and not “to” the children.
What our children loved most about the program is that “everyone” gets to touch the puck -not just the strongest players. Our boys look forward to the day that they can be on the ice as an instructor in this program, not only to pass on what they learned, but to be a part of the fun.
